and upgrade your OTDR to solve it by these steps,
1. Connect OTDR to the computer using a USB cable, and a memory symbol will appear on the computer.
2. unzip the upgrade package and copy its content update.ME.20250115.iso to the root directory of the storage.
3. Unplug the USB cable connected to the computer.
4. Click the upgrade button on the system settings interface of OTDR.
5. After a successful upgrade, it will automatically restart.
