Product IntroductionThe Raman Distributed Fiber Temperature Measurement System (DTS) is a mature distributed fiber temperature measurement technology used both domestically and internationally. It utilizes the spontaneous Raman scattering effect and optical time domain reflection technology to obtain real-time temperature information along the fiber optic distribution. Combined with intelligent fire detection algorithms, it can promptly warn of fire hazards and accurately locate the location of the fire.
This DTS adopts a modular design with high reliability; At the same time, with the advantage of high-speed weak signal processing technology, high spatial resolution can be achieved. We can provide DTS based on multimode fiber and single-mode fiber, especially suitable for online monitoring of high-voltage cables, analysis of power current carrying capacity, monitoring of traffic tunnel fires, monitoring of oil and gas storage tank fires, monitoring of coal conveyor belt fires, and monitoring of dam leaks.
measuring principle The temperature measurement of the Raman distributed fiber optic temperature measurement system DTS is based on the spontaneous Raman scattering effect. After high-power narrow pulse width laser pulses are incident on the sensing fiber, the laser interacts with fiber molecules, producing extremely weak backscattered light, including temperature insensitive Stokes light and temperature sensitive anti Stokes light, with different wavelengths. The two are separated by a wavelength division multiplexer WF and detected by a highly sensitive detector APD. The temperature can be calculated based on the ratio of their light intensities. The determination of position is based on optical time domain reflectometry (OTDR) technology, which uses high-speed data acquisition to measure the echo time of scattered signals to determine the corresponding fiber position of the scattered signal.
